Silverstone Competition tyres still leads the London  ( UK ) to Sydney  ( Australia ) Rally
 
After 17 days, 33 special stages traveling through UK, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey and India, Jimmy Mc Rae father of World Rally Champion Colin Mc Rae holds onto a 45 second lead in this marathon rally. All competing cars and crew now fly to Darwin Australia where they will drive 1500km to Alice Springs ( Central  Australia )  where they will restart the rally and compete for another 10 days where the rally will finish up in Sydney under the Opera House.
